My fluid art embraces freedom, movement, and chance. Unlike my geometric work, which is carefully planned and structured, there is minimal planning beyond variations in method and the choice of colour. I enjoy the randomness inherent in this process, where gravity, flow, and the interaction between colours play a central role. With less control over the final image, the work evolves organically through the combination of my instruction and my assistant’s interpretation, allowing unexpected forms and compositions to emerge through the act of making itself.
